No. If you can fill in a form and drag photos onto a page, you can use this. Most of the work is reading what it wrote and deciding whether you agree with it.

The 14-day trial is the honest way to find out. It takes a few minutes to set up, and you can cancel before day 14 without paying anything.

Only at the moment you press Publish. Everything before that, from entering the details to reading the description and changing anything you want changed, happens as a draft inside MusicShopHelp. It is not sent to MusicShop360 until you say so.

No, and we would rather say so plainly. MusicShopHelp is not built, endorsed, or certified by MusicShop360 or its parent company, Quilt Software.

It is an independent tool that signs in to your MusicShop360 account the same way a member of staff would, through a separate login you create for it. You control that login and you can remove its access whenever you want.

This is worth being straight about. MusicShop360 does not publish a public system for other software to connect to, so we built this by working with the same admin screens you use. That means MusicShop360 can change something on their end that affects us without telling us first.

When that happens we find out quickly and we fix it quickly, and it will never cost you a listing. Your drafts stay saved in MusicShopHelp regardless of what is happening on the MusicShop360 side. You publish once we have caught up.

Yes. Staff logins are unlimited on every plan and we never charge per person. Everybody works from the same drafts, so a listing one person starts is a listing somebody else can finish.

You are never blocked. Extra listings beyond your plan's included amount are billed automatically at your plan's per-listing rate, itemized on your next invoice.

If you are going over regularly it is usually cheaper to move up a plan, and we will tell you when that is the case rather than quietly billing you the difference.

For a one-off busy month — a trade-in pile, an estate buy — you can also buy a pack of extra listings up front from your billing page, at a lower rate than going over. Packs never expire and are only used once your plan's own listings are gone.

Once, at the moment we write its description. Rewriting that description, changing it yourself, or publishing it later costs nothing more, and a listing you abandon before the description is written never counts at all.

That is deliberately the expensive step rather than the last one: it is where the work happens, so it is what you can see coming rather than something that catches you out at the end.

Your listings, photos, and shop settings belong to your shop and are kept separate from every other shop on MusicShopHelp. Nobody else can see them or touch them.

If you cancel you can export your listings, and you can ask us to delete your data entirely.

Yes, at any time, from your account settings. There is no contract. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for and you are not charged again.

Yes. You pick a plan and enter a card to start the 14-day trial, and you can publish up to 10 listings during it.

Nothing is charged until day 14. If you cancel before then you pay nothing at all, and you can do that in two clicks from your account settings.

Your subscription starts automatically on day 14 and your card is charged for the plan you chose. There is no second step and no email to catch — which is also why cancelling is deliberately easy.

If you use up your 10 trial listings before then and want to keep publishing, you can start the subscription early from your billing page. You are charged that day instead, and the plan's full monthly allowance applies straight away.
