Included on every plan

There is no feature behind a higher tier. Paying more buys volume, nothing else.

  • Condition and defect capture per instrument type
  • Your own description presets and house style
  • Unlimited staff logins
  • Listing export

If you go over your included listings

Nobody gets cut off mid-listing. Extras are billed at the per-listing rate for your plan and appear as their own line on the next invoice, so you can see exactly what you were charged and why.

You can check how many listings you have used at any point from your account — there is no guessing until the bill arrives. And if you are consistently going over, moving up a plan is usually cheaper. We will say so.

Try it before you pay anything

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, capped at 10 listings, with no credit card. If it is not for you, the trial simply ends — you are not charged and nothing carries over.

Questions shop owners actually ask

What if MusicShop360 changes something and it breaks?

This is worth being straight about. MusicShop360 doesn't publish a public system for other software to connect to — we built this integration by working with the same admin screens you use. That means it's possible for MusicShop360 to change something on their end that affects us without warning us first.

When that happens, we find out fast, we fix it fast, and it will never cost you a listing — your drafts stay saved in MusicShopHelp no matter what's happening on the MusicShop360 side. You just publish it once we've caught up.

Is this official, or approved by MusicShop360?

No — and we want to be upfront about that. MusicShopHelp is not built, endorsed, or certified by MusicShop360 or its parent company, Quilt Software. We're an independent tool that connects to your MusicShop360 account the same way a staff member would: through a separate login you create yourself, specifically for this purpose, with only the permissions it needs. You're always in control of that login and can remove its access at any time.

What happens to my data?

Your listings, photos, and shop settings belong to your shop and are kept separate from every other shop on MusicShopHelp — nobody else can see or touch your data. If you cancel, you can export your listings, and you can ask us to delete your data entirely.

Does this touch my live inventory?

Only at the moment you click Publish. Everything before that — entering details, generating the description, reviewing it, fixing anything — happens as a draft inside MusicShopHelp and is never sent to MusicShop360 until you say so.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, from your account settings. There's no contract. Cancel and you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The 14-day trial doesn't ask for one. You'll only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe afterward.

What if I go over my listings?

You're never blocked. Extra listings beyond your plan's included amount are billed automatically at the per-listing overage rate for your plan, itemized on your next invoice.

If you're regularly going over, it's usually cheaper to move up a plan — and we'll tell you when that's the case rather than quietly billing you the difference.
