Terms of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This document is a starting point written to describe the product honestly. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and must not be treated as final legal terms until it has.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using MusicShopHelp, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, if you are signing up for a shop, on behalf of that shop. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What MusicShopHelp does

MusicShopHelp helps independent music retailers create product listings faster. You enter facts about an instrument — brand, model, condition, and price — and MusicShopHelp drafts a title, description, and spec sheet, and can publish that listing to your MusicShop360 account when you choose to.

3. Your MusicShop360 connection — read this section

MusicShopHelp is not built, endorsed, or certified by MusicShop360 or its parent company, Quilt Software. It is an independent, third-party tool. MusicShop360 does not publish a public system for other software to connect to; MusicShopHelp connects using the same admin screens a staff member would use, through a dedicated login you create yourself specifically for this purpose.

You are responsible for creating that dedicated login, for limiting its permissions appropriately, and for complying with MusicShop360’s own terms of service regarding who may access your account and how. You may revoke that login’s access at any time, which will stop MusicShopHelp from publishing to your account.

Because this connection relies on MusicShop360’s admin interface rather than a published, versioned API, MusicShop360 can change something on their end — without notice to us — that temporarily breaks publishing. When that happens, your drafts remain saved in MusicShopHelp; nothing is lost, and you can publish once the issue is resolved. MusicShopHelp is not liable for interruptions caused by changes on MusicShop360’s side that are outside our control.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by other members of your shop you invite.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and the free trial

Paid plans, included listings, and overage rates are described on our Pricing page, which is part of these Terms. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial capped at 10 listings and do not require a credit card. If you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for your plan and for any overage listings, itemized on your invoice. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for and will not be charged again after that.

6. Your content

You own the listing content, photos, and shop information you submit. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photos or text you upload, and for the accuracy of what you publish to MusicShop360 — MusicShopHelp drafts listings for your review, but you control what actually gets published.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MusicShopHelp to publish content you do not have the right to use, to attempt to access another shop’s data, to interfere with the service, or to use the service for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MusicShopHelp is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that publishing to MusicShop360 will always succeed, given the integration risk described in Section 3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicShopHelp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using MusicShopHelp and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes.
